Lauren Gallie

Founder, Bookkeeper and Admin Wizard

Lauren began her business journey as a Virtual Assistant and quickly recognised just how many business owners needed more than admin support—they needed someone they could trust with their finances.

This insight led her to build a business focused on helping others stay organised, and in control.

​

As a small business owner herself, Lauren understands the day-to-day challenges of running a business and how quickly things can change. She values efficiency, flexibility, and making things as simple as possible for her clients.

​

Based in the Hunter Valley region, where she lives with her family, Lauren is passionate about supporting local businesses. 

Jess Woods

Admin & Accounts Support â€‹â€‹

Jess is a business support specialist, with over 13 years of experience in business administration and 11 years in financial planning and superannuation.

 

She helps businesses simplify their systems, run more smoothly, and get valuable time back in their day.

 

Jess brings a can-do attitude, practical mindset, and people-first approach to every project.

Outside of work, she’s a proud mum of two boys and lives in beautiful Lake Macquarie.
